Those who were brave enough to go into the cold water and swim to the beach told us that the water was warmer over there. We could tell by the color of the water near shore that this was true but then they had to swim back to the ship through the cold water and stood there on deck with goose bumps on them so I decided I had made a good decision to fore go the snorkeling.
